1. For a 4 months' report, we charge $50 (inclusive of GST) per report. For a 6 months report, we charge
$75 (inclusive of GST) per report. For a report of the last 1 year, we charge $120 (inclusive of GST). Please deposit the money as required, to
the following bank account. You can also Internet transfer the money to this account.
IMPORTANT: Our bank account details have changed. Please deposit the money for Itemized Call history report in the following new bank account.

2. After you have deposited the money, please send us an email to
with the following information:
- Date, time and branch where you deposited the money. For Internet transfer, please write "Internet Transfer"
- The amount you have deposited and the period of the report you need (for example: from 01 January 2007 - 30 April 2007).
- Your local phone numbers (the numbers you made the calls from) - maximum 2 numbers. If you used public pay phone booth, please write "Used Pay Phone"
- Is your local phone line used by anybody else ?
- Your destination phone numbers (the numbers you made the calls to) - maximum 2 numbers. This is the most important information we need to produce this report. So please make sure these numbers are correct.
- Name of phone cards used
- Your name and address.
- Also in the email please add this line of authorization:
"I authorize IPON Pty Ltd to generate an itemised bill
report of the phone cards I have used and as per the information I have provided in this email."
Please note that we do NOT need your phone card PIN or Serial numbers to generate this report. Only the numbers you
made the calls from and to are
sufficient to produce this report. To produce this report, we need 3 - 7 days after you have deposited the money and sent us
the above information.
